Getting a towel for the pool involves an annoying deposit system!!! Gym lacks air conditioning and water, making it unbearable to work out!!! the room amenities are lacking with no conditioner or coffee supplies!!!

Loved the friendly staff who were always keen to help us out and the stunning views from our room were a serious highlight. The brekkie was lekker with loads of choices—we stuffed our faces every morning! Plus, the pool area was perfect for a chill with plenty of comfy loungers.

absolutely found the breakfast area unbearably hot, as if they expect guests to be fine with it. and it’s stunning how the air con woudl ve been a welcome addition in the room, but alas, it was non-existent. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but how could i after not receiving special treatment?

Had a cracking time! Our suite had a breathtaking sea view that really made the trip special. The pool area was pure bliss, perfect for winding down. Just a wee bit far from the town centre, but not a major hassle. Would happily go back!

The reasons I’m conflicted

Absolutely fantastic food with a varied choice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! The spa was a relaxing escape, and we were grateful for the excellent tourist advice provided.

While the location was peaceful, the walk into town was a bit lengthy, taking around 20 minutes! Some entertainment options could use improvement as well, lacking vibrancy at times.

The superior double room with terrace offered a stunning view of the coast, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast choices were plentiful, with delicious salads that catered to various tastes. the long walk to the main area in the dark was somewhat inconvenient, and the evening entertainment felt repetitive after a few nights. the pool area sometimes became overcrowded, making it hard to find a lounger during peak hours.

We enjoyed chilling on the lovely roof terrace with comfy loungers and awesome sea views. The breakfast spread was epic, lots of tasty options to fuel up! Just found the evening food a lil' repetitive after a few nights. Location is nice, a quick 15-min stroll to the center. Worth it for the price!

the grupotel was a lovely hotel in a quiet area with stunning sea views. it was just a short walk to the local beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. the pool area was fantastic, and the lunch options offered great value. the spa facilities were top-notch for relaxation, making it a perfect getaway.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, a great spa, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me print documents during my first stay, making the experience memorable. I highly recommend trying the buffet breakfast.
